Last month saw the release of long awaited albums from two iconic bards of British popular songwriting – DAVID BOWIE and BILLY BRAGG

 

‘THE NEXT DAY’ is Bowie's first album of new material in ten years, since 2003's ‘Reality’, and has already hit the number one spot in at least 20 countries around the world.

 

‘TOOTH & NAIL’ is Bragg’s 12th studio record, the 9th under purely his own name, and his first since 2008’s ‘Mr Love & Justice’.

 

Join us at Cactus Espresso Bar for coffee & tasty treats, or bring your own BWS if you wish, and kick back at the end of another working week while we play both albums in full from 6.30pm, followed by some Bowie & Bragg retrospective playlists & video plus related tunes from DJ MSG.
