The SOLIDARITY ¡KÜLTURE ★ ĆLUB! was conceived to serve as a hub for boutique cross-media events aimed at stirring the mind, engaging the spirit and stimulating critical thinking and discussion, all while cleverly contained under the over-sized umbrella of good old fashioned entertainment.

Birthed for the Animated Spaces project as part of the 2011 Ipswich Festival, its ensuing 18 months of wandering the streets and kipping on park benches came to an end on Friday 1st March 2013 when it finally took up new digs at Cactus Espresso Bar.

Expect irregular staging, asymmetric programming, nuanced atmospheres and un-matching socks.

This is culture with a 'K'. Standing in a (left) field and waiting for it to rain down birds of song, semantics & soliloquy.

And perhaps a funky tune or two.
